As stated in the Terms and Conditions (Section 7: Stand Construction), a penalty fee will be charged for early dismantling!

Self-delivery:

Deliveries are made via Trautsongasse 16. Loading and unloading is possible directly in the courtyard of the Palais Auersperg using a vehicle pass. A freight elevator is available here.
Alternatively, the main entrance at Auerspergstraße 1 can be used (please note: there is no parking available here)

If you require additional stand equipment such as tables, chairs, refrigerators, etc., we are happy to assist you. You will receive the stand equipment list via email 8 weeks before the event. Orders can be placed up to three weeks before the event.

We offer both glassware cleaning and glassware rental (including cleaning service). The glasses will be picked up from the booth and clean glasses will be returned to the booth. If you have any questions, please contact our trade show team.

You are responsible for disposing of all waste at your booth. Waste must be properly sorted and disposed of in the designated containers; otherwise, you will be charged for the disposal costs. 

After dismantling, the entire booth must be cleared. Any stickers on the walls must be completely removed. If anything is left behind, we will have to charge you for the disposal costs. 

On Saturday and Sunday, you can use Vienna’s public parking spaces for free.
